These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeedGrid ("the Service"), a Shopify application developed and operated by FeedGrid ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using FeedGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FeedGrid is a Shopify application that allows merchants to connect their Instagram and TikTok accounts and display their social media feed content on their Shopify storefront. The Service provides customisable layouts including grid, collage, masonry, and slider formats.

Access to FeedGrid is through your existing Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Shopify's billing system. Prices are displayed in the app and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the functionality of the Service. Access to social media platform data is subject to those platforms' approval and may be revoked at any time by those platforms.

The FeedGrid application, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your social media content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to cache and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Availability and Uptime

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including Shopify, Cloudflare, Instagram, and TikTok. We are not liable for downtime caused by these third parties. We will use reasonable efforts to notify merchants of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of FeedGrid at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
