How do I track my referrals?
Once you're approved, you get a unique referral link and a partner dashboard. Every click, install, and paying customer attributed to your link is tracked there in real time, with monthly earnings broken down by referral.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go out monthly via Stripe Connect, typically by the 7th of each month for the previous month's earnings. You'll connect your Stripe account during onboarding.
Is there a minimum payout?
No minimum. Whatever you earn in a given month gets paid out the following month. If you earn $4.50 in your first month, we send you $4.50.
What's the cookie window?
30 days. If a Shopify merchant clicks your referral link and installs FeedGrid within 30 days, the referral is attributed to you, even if they install on a different device, as long as they sign in to the same Shopify store.
Can I run paid ads with my referral link?
Yes, you can run paid ads with your referral link, provided you follow Shopify's advertising policies and Meta's ad policies. You can't bid on FeedGrid-branded keywords (e.g. "feedgrid", "feedgrid app"), and you can't impersonate FeedGrid in ad creative or landing pages.
Can I include FeedGrid in "best Shopify apps" listicles?
Absolutely, that's one of the ways partners earn the most. Honest, useful listicles are great for everyone. Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly so readers know you earn commission, and rank FeedGrid based on real merit, not because it pays the most.
